| This new creation is a result of combining the attractive operation speed and the well known winding quality of Thread Master 1150K with the proven and well reputed doff system of Thread King 1250C. Aiming for perfection our new Thread King 1350KT includes the essential feature of automatic tail tucking, badly required for slippy filament threads and also being a very useful option for all subsequent automatic handling systems demanding a fixed tail end. | Tail Tucking Automatic tail tucking under the top layer of the wound bobbin. The tuck-in finger is lowered onto the package surface - the bobbin reverses the winding direction, and the thread end is gently pushed underneath the final layer. This fixation prevents uncontrolled unwinding of the thread after winding or even complete layers getting loose and assures that the bobbins are easy to handle and transport.  | |
