![]() | The FSA model for cross winding is utilized for cylindrical tubes, cones as well as bobbines with one or two flanges. The precision lay adjustment guarantees a perfect bobbin built-up. The units can be equipped for any number of crossing depending on yarn material and type of bobbin. The winding traverse has a setting range of 40mm. The package edges can be tapered if necessary. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Proven Technology Flexibility - This winder offers a fully automatic doffing mechanism and is extremely adaptable to changes of package size. It is an efficient production machine for effective handling of even small batch sizes per package. The product - Cross wound packages for industrial use precision winding, straight surfaces and edges create the precondition for an optical appearance to provide an attractive presentation. Packages with straight bobbin edges and tapers on one or both sides are available variants. The staring thread is automatically underwound, the exact thread length is measured electronically. Operation and maintenance - The most modern, fully tested machine elements have been incorporated in these automatic winders. Their purpose is to increase functional reliability, simplify operation and reduce wear and tear, down times and energy consumption. Option: tapering device - Automatic decrease of yarn traverse for taper edged package build-up. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
