The NSA-HS is a high-performance 4-spindle winder which eco-nomically produce domestic crosswound bobbins.
The winder features a precision cam shaft system as well as "flying" yarn guides, which enables a 30-50% higher winding performance than other conventional winders.
A contact-free length measuring system computes the continuously monitored spindle revolution and impulses and guarantees a consistent measuring result and a perfect reproducibility. | | |

| | Winding parameters are programmed, stored and re-called by a central terminal. The machine is optionally available with automatic yarn end fixation through.

- draw-in a "Snap" -ring NSA-HS-RE; requires snap spool
The yarn fixation is done in a 2. level position outside the winding field, so that the yarn fixation has no impact on the short doffing cycles.
